Our standards

Every two years Kestrel undergoes a rigourous examination of its systems and procedures. This assessment is a requirement of our membership of the Worldcom Group.

In order to remain part of the Worldcom Group we have to demonstrate to our peers that we are a well run business with all the correct systems and structures in place. Just like you, they want peace of mind that we will deliver excellent service if they should recommend their clients to us.

This process is extremely valuable, not only because it keeps us on our toes, but because it also provides an opportunity for Worldcom partners to share best practice and knowledge with each other.
